- We use solid body stains from Sherwin Williams. The colors are in the graphic below.
- Decks, Fences and Railings are responsibility of the Homeowner. Please match them to siding and trim colors below.
- Deck flooring color is up to the homeowner's discretion.
- As noted below, Shagbark has replaced Spicewood as a trim color going forward.
- Siding will be painted per the schedule noted below, but this could change. Contact [email protected] for specifics.
Garage Doors
- Considering a new garage door? Remember, your new door must comply with HOA guidelines regarding style and color. Most units have Martin's
- Martin Door SLC, style: Ribbed, color: Bronze
- For plumbing needs within units, homeowners have their choice of contractors. If the need is urgent and falls under HOA responsibility (i.e. within the riser room or lawn irrigation) and a board member cannot be reached, our preferred contractor is VR Plumbing (435-645-8808)

2022 Fire Suppression Sprinkler Head Recall
- The Board started the process of helping homeowners replace the bad sprinkler heads. See above.
2021 Phase 4 Community Garden Initiative
- The Board has received positive feedback regarding the creation of a self funding community garden on lower Elk Run Drive (water retention area). Please contact us via email at [email protected] if you wish to receive information regarding this project

2019 Summer Painting
- Your deck should be cleared of all items before paint prep and painting begin. Painters have agreed to clear decks but you may choose to do this yourself (or with them) if you have a preference of how and where your items are stored during the painting process.
2016 Driveway Lighting
- At the annual meeting in January (2016) a majority of member/owners voted in favor of the HOA's proposal to install new exterior lights near the garage doors on all 11 buildings to a single model for uniformity and upgrade. That work was completed Fall 2016. Some have said they would like to install the same light on their upper/deck level. For the project, we ordered from Wasatch Lighting. Here is the info you will need:
